Your booking is accepted only once we send you a message confirming that your payment has been accepted.
Payment alone does not confirm a booking. If your booking is not accepted, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.

From booking
to collection.
Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, we’ll agree on a delivery date and time for your bouquet.
You can book today, or get in touch on the Monday after your wedding to arrange everything, subject to availability.
Arrangements take 8–10 weeks to be ready for collection.
You must choose your frame size when booking. The standard background is Alabaster White, a soft, creamy yellow-beige. If you prefer Stark White, please clearly state this when booking. Once attached, the flowers cannot be moved to another background. Please read the ordering process for style selection, collection deadlines and cancellation terms.
