The ordering process.
From reserving your place to collecting your finished flowers: booking, style choices and collection terms.
01 · Booking & paymentReserve your place.
Early booking is advised. Flower pressing is a time-consuming process, and last-minute bookings cannot always be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is accepted only when The Flower Press sends a message confirming that the payment has been accepted. Sending payment does not, by itself, confirm a booking.
If a booking is not accepted, the payment will be refunded as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.
The booking deposit is €50, payable by Revolut to 79301212. Please include your name, mobile number and wedding date.
02 · Frame size & styleChoose your arrangement.
You must decide on your frame size when booking.
You can choose from seven main styles, which will be communicated to you. You may make your selection online or in person by appointment.
Your style must be chosen no later than 45 calendar days after delivery of your bouquet to The Flower Press.
If no style has been chosen by 60 calendar days after bouquet delivery, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Explore the seven styles →03 · Your backgroundChoose your background.
The standard background is Alabaster White, a soft, creamy yellow-beige colour that complements pressed flowers.
Stark White is available on request, although it can look harsh alongside pressed flowers. If you prefer Stark White, you must clearly state this when booking.
Please choose carefully: once the flowers are attached, they cannot be moved onto a different background.
04 · Preparation & notificationWhen your bouquet is ready.
Arrangements take 8–10 weeks to be ready for collection.
When your bouquet is ready, a WhatsApp message will be sent to the mobile number you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that The Flower Press has your correct number.
05 · Collection & uncollected ordersCollect within three months.
Your completed bouquet will be kept at The Flower Press premises for a maximum of three months from the date the WhatsApp collection message is sent.
After this period, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given. The Flower Press may, at its discretion, seek full payment for the order.
